Booking Your Dream Tour

We’re here to make travel simple and stress-free! Once you share your travel preferences, our team will get in touch to create a customized itinerary just for you. Once you approve the plan — your adventure begins!

Booking Policy

• Standard Bookings: Secure your trip with just a 25% deposit of the total cost.

• Festive Seasons (Christmas, New Year, Easter): A 50% deposit is required.

• The remaining balance can be paid two days before arrival or in cash upon arrival.

Credit Card Payments

If you choose to pay by credit card, we require a signed authorization letter allowing us to charge your card. The signature must match the one on both your card and passport.

Cancellation Policy (Excluding Peak Seasons)

• 61+ days before arrival: 15% of the tour price charged

• 60–31 days before arrival: 35% charged

• 30–15 days before arrival: 50% charged

• 14–1 days before arrival: 100% charged

Note: Airline fees and a 5% bank processing fee apply on all refunds.

Cancellation Policy During Festive Seasons

• 61+ days before arrival: 25% of the tour price charged

• 60–31 days before arrival: 50% charged

• 30–15 days before arrival: 75% charged

• 14–1 days before arrival: 100% charged

Note: Airline fees and a 5% bank processing fee apply on all refunds.

Refunds

Refunds are issued using the original payment method. No refunds are granted for no-shows. A 5% bank fee is deducted from all refunds.

Force Majeure

In the event of government or airline-issued travel bans, BenBen Egypt Tours offers flexible cancellation options, including full refunds or travel credit vouchers toward future trips. Only airline change/cancellation fees and bank charges will apply.

Accommodation

• Prices are based on double occupancy.

• Single rooms are available for an additional cost.

• Hotel selection is based on quality and availability.

• Prices may change without prior notice.

Flights

• Domestic Flights: Prices and times are estimates and subject to change.

• International Flights: We offer competitive rates from your country to your destination.

Responsibility

BenBen Egypt Tours is not responsible for disruptions caused by events beyond our control, such as weather, natural disasters, political unrest, airline changes, or hotel issues. We do not cover extra expenses arising from these events.

Special Requests

If you have any special needs or preferences, please inform us at the time of booking. We’ll do our best to accommodate them, but requests are not guaranteed.

Children Policy

For Packages, Nile Cruises, and Hotels:

• Under 2 years: Free

• Under 6 years: 25% of adult price

• Under 12 years: 50% of adult price

• 12 years and above: Full adult price

• One child per room policy. Additional charges may apply if flights are included.

For Sightseeing Tours & Shore Excursions:

• Under 6 years: Free

• Under 12 years: 50% of adult price

• 12 years and above: Full adult price

• Extra charges may apply for domestic flights or ferries.

Use of Photos

Photos or videos taken during your trip may be used by BenBen Egypt Tours for promotional purposes on our website or social media. We appreciate your participation in sharing the magic of travel.

Tipping

Tipping is not mandatory but is a customary way to show appreciation for excellent service. It’s entirely at your discretion.

Complaints

If you encounter any issues during your trip, please notify us immediately so we can resolve them quickly. For unresolved matters, contact our Customer Care Manager while you’re still on tour. Post-trip concerns should be sent in writing to our Customer Care team.

General Terms of Use

• Individuals under 18 years are not permitted to use or make transactions on our website.

• All payments are processed securely and directly via our payment gateway.

• Customers should keep copies of their transaction records and our policies.

• We accept Visa and MasterCard in AED, USD, EUR, and GBP.

• BenBen Egypt Tours will not provide services to any OFAC-sanctioned countries, as per UAE regulations.

• Multiple transactions may appear separately on your statement.

Agreement Acceptance

Your booking and payment signify your acceptance of all the terms and conditions stated above. This forms a binding agreement between you (the Client) and BenBen Egypt Tours.
